October 8 - University College Cork

On Wednesday, Adaline and I visited University College Cork. She showed around campus since I hadn't been before. First stop - Honan Chapel. We were going to go in, but they were cleaning it up - apparently it is a hot spot for weddings, and it regularly has multiple weddings each day over the weekend!
Adaline wanted to pose with her new stroller (thanks, Mimi!). We discovered a need for a sturdier stroller since we are walking everywhere in Cork - and this stroller also has a rain cover so Adaline can stay dry as I walk through the almost daily rain. We are in Ireland, aren't we? :)
Adaline is starting to "pose" for pictures - I love this one!
This area in front of the UCC Student Center is known in the McCullick family as "the stage." This is where Adaline likes to put on her dance performances. I'm not sure what the college students thought, but Bryan and I think it is pretty darn cute.
After the dance performance, Adaline and I wandered over to the quad. Bryan told me after the fact that the grass is hallowed ground for the students - and you can see below the great joy Adaline had while "making footprints." Oh well! Hopefully we didn't cause an incident - as you can see, Adaline thoroughly enjoyed herself...

We had a great time wandering around campus. Adaline said she would like to attend UCC one day - we can only hope we will have such a fun place to visit her in college. :)
