We woke up Sunday to the most glorious day - perhaps it seemed even more beautiful simply because of the horrible weather on Saturday, but it truly was a glorious day. Bryan played golf Sunday morning, while the rest of us returned to Killarney National Park for some exploring...

You may wonder how I did with driving on the wrong side of the road with the stick on the wrong side... Bryan frequently quotes Rainman - saying I am a "very good driver!" Here is the car and two of the happy riders from the backseat. :)

After driving on the narrow, curvy roads for 45 minutes, we finally made it to the Muckross House. I won't go into detail, but we had a few bathroom issues with Adaline - but all worked out in the end... The scenery was beautiful - the last time Bryan and I were there, it was cloudy, so it was delightful to have a great day.

Adaline was most impressed with the horses and jaunting carts - although she wanted nothing to do with them, until we were leaving, of course. :) She did spend hours staring at the horses and asking questions about them.

Mimi, Adaline and I "hiked" (Adaline's word) to the Muckross Abbey. It was a beautiful walk. Poppie walked to a waterfall.

This is the view from Bryan's golf course - the Ring of Kerry golf course. He lost a lot of balls, but said it was the most beautiful course he has ever played or visited! Needless to say - a great day was had by all!
